Transforming hospitality with AI
Q Concierge is an AI-driven platform that transforms hotel communications by answering guest calls and texts while seamlessly executing requests across multiple hotel systems. It resolves 96% of booking, service, and support inquiries, improving response times, operations, and guest satisfaction.
This project highlights my design process in creating a seamless, user-friendly interface that empowers hotel management to:
Enhance guest experiences through faster response times and personalization
Unlock new revenue streams via tailored upsells
Gain real-time operational insights
From concept to launch, I designed both the guest-facing app and the management dashboard, delivering tools that personalize stays, simplify workflows, and drive measurable business impact.

I was the editor of this DRAFT video storyboard, working with stock footage and UI I designed. I was also responsible for the VFX design, assets. I worked with a VFX artist to animate the graphics and UI for the final cut. [Voice Over: Elevenlabs. Stock Footage: Abobe]
