Revl Experiences

Making video possible for the experience industry

Adventure tourism experiences such as racing, skydiving, roller coasters, and ziplines have historically struggled to deliver high-quality video products to their guests. This challenge arises from the significant processing requirements and manpower necessary for video editing. The Revl X system addresses this issue by introducing an automated ride-capture system. Leveraging AI, wireless technology, and action cameras, it swiftly captures, edits, and delivers large quantities of customer videos within minutes. Upon exiting the ride, guests simply scan their wristbands at a kiosk, preview a 30-second clip, and then proceed to purchase their full-length video experience.

I created competative one-sheeters on all major competitors in each vertical, here are a few examples

Primary Research

Conducted 10+ onsite interviews of owners, employees, and operators gaining valuable insights on the current pain points

The goal was to learn about their business, daily operations, and needs in order to design a new system to serve them

On site immersion at multiple locations to understand the differences between them

Developed a prototype, new user journey and recieved feedback from stakeholders
